  • 125g Butter
  • 1 T Golden Syrup
  • 2/3 C Sugar (white or raw both work well)
  • 1 C Coconut
  • 1 C Rolled Oats
  • 1 C Flour
  • 1 t Baking Soda
  • 1 T Hot Water

Melt Butter, Golden Syrup and Sugar, add Coconut, Rolled Oats and Flour. Dissolve Baking Soda in Hot Water and mix in.  Cook rounded tablespoonfuls at 180 C for 10 - 15 min or until golden.
