Maureens Krispie Chocolate Chippies

  • 125g Butter
  • 250g Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1t Baking Soda
  • 250g Flour
  • 100g Desiccated Coconut
  • 100g Chocolate Chips 

Cream Butter and Sugar and add the Egg and mix well.  Add in the dry ingredients. Form into a long roll and cut into even sized biscuits.  Cook at 180 C for approx 10 min. Timing will depend on the size you make the biscuits and whether you want them crunchy or chewy.
